PROJECT PORTFOLIO
The Caspi Development acumen lies in identifying distressed and underutilized properties with untapped potential. Decades of real estate pedigree, coupled with a comprehensive hands-on approach, allow Caspi to hone in on and perfect “diamond in the rough” projects. Caspi is reaching out beyond its footprint in Westchester to add value in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan, with a goal to join strategic partners in the purchase, repositioning and reintroduction into the market of thousands of apartments across the boroughs. Caspi plans to add more residential projects to its portfolio. Philanthropy is a cornerstone of the company. Caspi has a history of supporting local non-profits, including the UJA Federation and Westchester Mental Health Association. Caspi has also sponsored events coordinated by the White Plains Business Improvement District.
