Steven J. Caspi

Steven J. Caspi, president of Caspi Development Company, has been an industry leader in the ownership, management and development of residential and commercial real estate for more than 40 years. Mr. Caspi – alone or alongside his family – has developed, acquired, converted, sold and owned more than 4,000 residential units, a number of which have been transformed into cooperatives. Mr. Caspi is a consummate expert in multi-family properties across Westchester and Fairfield counties, and was a critical driver in diversifying the Caspi brand when he expanded into premier office, high-rise condominium and townhouse projects.

Mr. Caspi entered the hotel market in the early 90’s, acquiring and developing both large and boutique hotel properties. By the close of the decade, Caspi Development’s hotel market share had swelled enormously to include more than 2,000 rooms in and around New York City.

Mr. Caspi breaks the mold of orthodox real estate executives, tying in an entrepreneurial spirit and profound investment know-how. Born in New Rochelle, NY, Mr. Caspi is a graduate of Boston University and a member of several real estate and non-profit organizations. He lives in Westchester with his family.
