Once the corporate headquarters for Nestlé, 120 Bloomingdale Road is a 145,000-square-foot office building that underwent extensive interior and exterior renovations, including a new lobby, state-of-the-art gym, high-tech conference center, renovated cafeteria, and outdoor pedestrian walkways. The project also introduced private decks off the fourth-floor offices and several green elements.
