The Sanborn Map project illustrated Caspi Development’s ability to transform an almost century-old industrial building into 75,000 square feet of tasteful, modern space sought after by a variety of service-industry tenants. This historic building constructed in 1902 was home to the Sanborn Map Company, the almost 200-year-old mapping business used by title companies nationwide. In addition, during WW2 the building was protected by the FBI as allied invasion maps were being stored there. It is now an eclectic building full of diverse tenants including a wonderful daycare center which serves residents.
