The Watson / Holiday Inn, 440 West 57th Street, New York, NY

Caspi bought this 600-room hotel in 1993 and re-opened in 1996 after completing a $25 million renovation. Initially operating as a Holiday Inn, the hotel became one of the highest grossing Holiday Inns worldwide. In 2015 it was rebranded as the Watson hotel which was equally successful. The property was closed during the pandemic and subsequently sold for repurposing.
