As Chairman of White Plains Hospital’s building and grounds committee, Joshua Caspi was deeply involved in its most significant campus addition to date: the new Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery.

Built from the ground up by Turner Construction, the state-of-the-art, 252,000-square-foot center is the hospital’s largest dedicated outpatient facility and one of the largest in Westchester County.
