Timothy Shopa

Timothy Shopa joined Caspi Development in 2014 as Project Manager and after successfully managing over 200 million dollars of boutique office projects in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn has grown into his position as Vice President of Development.  Tim has brought fifteen years of experience managing design and development projects around the world to the company.  Drawing on expertise in a range of real estate departments-from interior design and client relations to pricing negotiations and business operations-Mr. Shopa possesses the keen ability to marry a creative eye with business strategy.

Mr. Shopa worked as the director of production with fine art companies, curating exhibits and displays, and has spearheaded international design campaigns.  During his tenure in advertising and the fine arts world, Mr. Shopa worked with entities like Live Nation, John Varvatos, Rolling Stone Magazine, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Target on special projects and exhibits.

Mr. Shopa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and completed courses in renowned NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
